By registering for the Executive Coaching Program with Florine Clomegah-Freitas, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Commitment:
You acknowledge and understand the financial and time commitment required for this Program. You agree to attend all scheduled sessions and complete any assigned tasks or homework. -
Payment:
Payments will be processed according to the selected payment plan. You agree to keep your billing information current and understand that payments are non-refundable. -
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be credited or rescheduled. -
Program Participation:
You commit to actively participating in the Program, including attending sessions, completing assignments, and engaging in self-reflection and feedback. -
Confidentiality:
All content, materials, and discussions within the Program are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to share, distribute, or use the Program materials for any purpose other than personal development. -
Responsibility and Accountability:
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and results. The Coach and Program are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your participation. -
Disclaimers:
The Program provides educational and developmental content. No guarantees of specific results are made. The Coach does not offer professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. -
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel this Agreement within five (5) days of registration for a full refund. To cancel, contact us at administration@florineclomegahfreitas.com -
